- Pour 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice.
- Pressure cook on medium heat for 20–30 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked and soft.
- Place the rice in a microwave-safe container and rinse it once or twice with cold water. Drain.
- Add enough water to cover the rice by approximately 1 inch.
- Cover the container loosely to allow steam to escape.
- Microwave until the rice is fully cooked and soft.
- Allow the rice to rest for 3 minutes, then serve.
