- Rinse Mother’s Jeerakasala Rice thoroughly.
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- Add rice and water in a 1:5 ratio.
- Cook on a high flame until it starts to rise.
- Lower the flame and cook for 40–45 minutes.
- Drain excess water.
- Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Rinse Mother’s Jeerakasala rice well and soak for 30 minutes.
- Add rice and water in a 1:3 ratio.
- Cook for 3–4 whistles.
- Allow pressure to release naturally for best texture.
